What is included with delivery
Every order includes delivery, standard hookup with new parts, a test run, haul-away of your old unit and a 3-month warranty.
Included with every delivery
- Washer: new hot and cold fill hoses, connected to your valves and drain, leveled and leak-checked
- Electric dryer: a new standard 3-prong or 4-prong 30-amp cord to match your outlet
- Dryer vent: a new 4-inch transition hose clamped to your wall vent
- Test run: we power it on and run a quick cycle with you
- Haul-away: we take the old unit(s) we are replacing, one-for-one, free
Delivery fees
Delivery is free for ground-floor laundry in Zone A. Distance and stairs fees are added once per delivery:

Charged once per delivery, not per appliance. A walk-out basement you can enter at ground level counts as ground level. 3+ flights is confirmed with you before delivery.

Gas dryers
Connecting a gas dryer to your existing gas line and shutoff valve is $60. The valve must work and be within reach of the dryer. We do not install or change gas piping.
Special cords
Standard 3- and 4-prong 30-amp cords are included. If your laundry room has a stove/range-style 50-amp outlet (3- or 4-prong), the special cord is $45. We do not rewire outlets or breakers.
Stairs, basements and apartments
We deliver to basements, upper floors and apartments. Choose the right access option when you order so we bring the right crew and equipment. Please clear the path, and if you have tight turns or narrow doors, check our measuring guide.
If we cannot install safely
If a water valve, outlet, vent or gas valve does not work, or the path is blocked, we may not be able to finish the install. We will tell you what needs fixing and reschedule.
