How to prepare for delivery day
A quick checklist so our crew can get in, hook up and get your laundry running.
The day before
- Empty and drain your old washer, and clean out the old dryer
- Move anything stored on or around the old machines
- Check that the water valves turn and do not leak
- Clear the path from the door to the laundry area, including stairs
- Secure pets
On delivery day
- Have an adult (18 or older) home
- Watch for our text with your arrival window
- Tell the crew about gate codes, parking or tight spots
- Have card or Zelle ready. You pay after everything works.
After install
Run a short cycle, and check behind the washer for leaks the first few loads. Clean the dryer lint screen every load. If anything is not right during your 3-month warranty, email info@justwashersanddryers.com with your name, address and a photo or video.
