Appliances & warranty
Are your appliances new or used?
They are refurbished: pre-owned machines that we clean, inspect, repair as needed and fully test before delivery. They may show light cosmetic wear.
What brands do you carry?
Mostly Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, GE, Samsung and LG. Stock changes often, so tell us in the notes if you have a preference.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every machine has a 3-month warranty on parts and labor. To make a claim, email info@justwashersanddryers.com with your name, address and a description or photo.
Can I rent instead?
Yes. MyApplianceRental.com rents a pair for $70/month or a single appliance for $50/month.
Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
All of Metro Atlanta. See our service areas or check your ZIP code.
What days do you deliver?
Sunday through Friday. No Saturday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are delivered Monday at the earliest.
How fast can I get it?
Standard delivery is usually 2 days out. Express ($75) is the next delivery day if you order by 2 PM.
How much is delivery?
Free for ground-floor laundry in Zone A. Zone B adds $25, Zone C $50, farther areas about $70. Stairs: 1 flight or basement $25, 2 flights $50, 3+ flights from $75. Elevators are free. All fees.
Can you deliver upstairs, to a basement or an apartment?
Yes. Choose how we get to your laundry area on the order form. Elevator access has no stairs fee.
Do you take my old appliances?
Yes, free, one-for-one with what we deliver. Please empty and drain them first. Want the old one moved somewhere else in your home instead? That is $25.
Hookups
Is installation included?
Yes. New fill hoses, a 3- or 4-prong dryer cord, vent connection, leveling and a test cycle are all included.
How do I know if my dryer is gas or electric?
A gas pipe with a valve behind the dryer means gas. A large 3- or 4-hole outlet means electric. See the guide.
How do I know if I have a 3-prong or 4-prong outlet?
Count the holes in the dryer outlet. See pictures.
Can I send you photos?
Yes. Add them on the order form. They are attached to your delivery report so the crew brings the right parts.
Does the washer and dryer have to match?
No. We match when we can, otherwise we pair units of the same size and style.
Payment & orders
When do I pay?
At delivery, after your appliance is installed and working. There is no deposit and no online payment.
How can I pay?
Debit or credit card (by invoice at delivery) or Zelle.
