What we collect
- Your name, delivery address, phone number and email
- Your appliance choice and home details such as stairs, dryer hookup type and old appliances
- Photos you choose to upload
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and device type
How we use it
Only to review and confirm your order, plan and complete delivery and installation, contact you about your order, and support warranty claims. Your order details are emailed to our team and kept on our web host as a backup record.
Who we share it with
- Our delivery and installation crew (name, address, phone and access details)
- Our web host and email provider, which store and deliver order records
- Payment processors used at delivery (we never store card numbers)
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect safety
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Photos
Photos are used only to check hookups, outlets, vents and access. They are attached to your private order report, never posted publicly or used in advertising without your written permission. Please photograph only appliances, hookups and paths, not people or personal documents. You may ask us to delete your photos at any time.

If you opt in, we text you about your order and delivery only. See our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed to complete delivery, honor the 3-month warranty and meet normal business and tax recordkeeping, then delete or archive them securely.
