How ordering works
Order online in two quick steps. We confirm, deliver, install and haul away. You pay only when everything works.
Order online (about 2 minutes)
Step 1: choose your appliance, your dryer hookup, how we get to your laundry area and what to do with the old one. Add photos if you like. Step 2: your address, delivery day and contact info. You see your exact total as you go.
We confirm
We check stock and your hookup details, then confirm your delivery window by text or email. If any fee needs confirming (3+ flights or an address beyond Zone C), we settle it with you first.
We deliver and install
Our two-person crew brings the appliance in, connects it with new hoses, the right dryer cord and a vent hose, levels it and runs a test cycle. We take your old unit with us.
You pay
Once you are happy, pay by card or Zelle. Your 3-month warranty starts that day.
Delivery days
We deliver Sunday through Friday. There are no Saturday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are delivered Monday at the earliest. Need it fast? Express gets you the next delivery day for $75.
What to have ready
- Working water valves and a drain for the washer
- A working dryer outlet, or a gas line with a shutoff valve for gas dryers
- A clear path from the door to the laundry area
- An adult (18+) home to test and pay
