When do I pay?
After we confirm your day and window, we email a link for a $45 deposit that goes toward your price. You pay the balance by card when our team arrives, before installation. You may inspect your machines at the door first. We do not take payment on this website. If you choose financing, there is no deposit: we email your financing link instead.
What days do you deliver?
Sunday through Friday. There are no Saturday or holiday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday are delivered Monday or later.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $0 to $75 depending on your ZIP code, and the order form shows your exact fee. Stairs: 1 flight or basement $25, 2 flights $50, 3+ flights from $75. See all fees.
Which dryer cord do I need?
Count the holes in your dryer outlet: 3 or 4. Standard cords are included. A range-style 50-amp outlet needs a special cord ($45). See pictures.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes. Choose Pickup first on the order form: set $425, single washer or dryer $235, stackable $687. We email the pickup day, time and address.
Can I finance it?
We offer Pay Later and financing options through various third-party financing companies. Tell us on the order form, and we email the link when we confirm your day. No deposit is needed when you finance.
Do you take my old one?
Yes, free. We haul away the old washer or dryer we are replacing.
